Kong 4, a real jungle VIP strain

The first autoflower to join our Chong's Choice collection, this hybrid combines full blooded potency with Empire State sized yields. This is Paradise Seeds spin on the tremendously potent GG (formerly known as Gorilla Glue), a California inspired strain that comes with the stamp of approval from cannabis legend, Tommy Chong, and a healthy pinch of Dutch breeding sophistication.

Auto Kong 4 origins
It all began with an original GG cutting from the USA, which was backcrossed over 4 generations and combined with Pandora, an original Paradise Seeds autoflower which is prized for its genetic stability. They then backcrossed the plant until they achieved the phenotypes they were looking for. Unusually for Paradise, they chose two phenotypes to focus on - one leaning towards a sativa-, the other towards an indica-dominance.

Kong 4 Autoflowering grows everywhere
In the indoor grow set up, Auto Kong is easy to cultivate and flexes very impressive muscles in the bud department. It produces huge dense colas that display all the characteristics that made GG such an instant hit. Incredibly sticky, the resin count is off the scale, with glue literally dripping off the heavyweight flowers produced by this hybrid beast. Outdoors it will also do well, thanks to the in-built auto high performance that comes from the Pandora element.

The Sativa dominant pheno will produce plants which stretch a little more (up to 150cm), while the indica dominant pheno will produce shorter (120cm), more bushy plants. Both phenotypes deliver the same gigantic nuggets though.

Taste & effect
Of the two phenotypes, the indica pheno scent has more of sweetness to it (the Pandora influence), while the sativa pheno is characterized by a lemony/acidic fragrance and taste that is more in keeping with the traditional GG. The effect is a mix of racing euphoria and the kind of heavy duty relaxation that made GG such a huge hit when it was first released - with many medical users appreciating this effect. The result is an auto that will stick you to the ceiling and have you roaring back for more!

So ist der Auto Kong 4 enstanden
Alles begann mit einem Original kalifornischen Steckling der GG, eine der Lieblingssorten von Tommy Chong. Diese wurde über 4 Generationen hinweg zurückgekreuzt und mit einer Pandora, welche für ihre genetische Stabilität ausgezeichnet wurde, kombiniert. Anschließend wurde die Pflanze so lange zurückgekreuzt bis die richtigen Phänotypen gefunden wurden. Am Ende entschied man sich für eine Sativa- und eine Indica-dominante Phäno. Sich für zwei Typen zu entscheiden ist höchst ungewöhnlich für Paradise Seeds, was die Auto Kong 4 noch interessanter für Genießer und Sammler machen sollte.

Kong 4 trotzt allen Bedingungen
Indoor ist diese Chong's Choice Sorte einfach anzubauen und produziert richtig saftige Buds. Die Pflanze entwickelt große, dichte Kolas mit allen Merkmalen für die, die Gorilla Glue bekannt ist: Unglaublich klebrig, Resinproduktion bis zum geht nicht mehr und Harz der förmlich von den Blüten tropft. Wie es sich für einen mächtigen Gorilla gehört fühlt er sich in freier Wildbahn wie zu Hause. Dies hat er der Pandora-Genetik zu verdanken. Berichten zufolge wird beim Outdoor-Grow der Sativa-dominante Phäno Berichten zufolge bis zu 150 cm hoch und der Indica-dominate gute 120 cm.

2 Geschmäcker, 1 bleibender Effekt
Der Indica-Phänotyp schmeckt süßlich (Pandora-Einfluss), der Sativa-Phäno hingegen erinnert deutlich mehr an den traditionel zitronigen GG-Geschmack. Die Wirkung ist eine Mischung aus rasender Euphorie and schlagartiger Entspannung, die Gorilla Glue Fans und insbesondere medizinische Anwender schätzen. Der Kong 4 hat bis jetzt noch Jeden gegen die Decke gedrückt und es gab niemanden der am Ende nicht nach mehr geschrien hat.
