How can the consumption of THC cannabis be legal in Austria?
Our founders have long been known for their in-depth knowledge of the relevant laws and for exploiting every possible loophole to promote the freedom of hemp culture.
In the late 1990s, they were the first in Austria to establish grow shops, produce clones, and thus trigger the first home-grow boom. The Hanffeuer demonstrations, the Hemp Embassy Museum with potent flowering plants, and the WVCA business association Cannabis Austria were further milestones for the hemp movement in Austria.
In recent years, they have been intensively searching for a way to offer adults in Austria the opportunity to consume cannabis responsibly without fear of prosecution.
Unlike many countries in the EU, especially Germany, politics in Austria offers no perspective on this issue. Since there is currently no prospect of reasonable regulation of cannabis, we are using the current legal framework in an innovative way.
We have developed a process that uses new technology to extract potent cannabinoids and terpenes from the plant and make them inhalable as vapor—all within the legal framework of the Narcotic Substances Act.
You can consume this vapor directly at our premises or take it with you in balloons.
The absolute legality of this process has been confirmed in several legal opinions commissioned from the most renowned experts in Austria. To avoid any misunderstandings, we have also informed the police and the public prosecutor's office in advance about our approach.
How does the dispensing work?
The potent vapor for inhalation can only be purchased by adults* over the age of 21 (proof of age required). After consumption, the effect sets in very quickly, similar to smoking a joint.
The cannabis vapor is pure and contains no nicotine, condensates, or other combustion residues. The high is typically uplifting, clear, pleasant, and lasts for about 2 hours. Of course, there are significant differences between the individual varieties—we are happy to advise you.
It is a 100% natural product made from whole cannabis plants – we do not use any additives, artificial cannabinoids, or terpenes.
*Pregnant women, people with mental illnesses, people with heart problems, or people who are severely impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication are excluded from purchase.
