Think Fast®: a non-autoflowering variant of the well-known Think Different®
Think Fast® was developed by crossing Think Different® Autofem with a carefully selected cutting of the traditional Power Plant®.
We allowed the first generation of offspring, which are normally used for further breeding, to flower, and this gave excellent results. When you cross an autoflowering with a traditional variety, the autoflowering trait is not passed on.
Dutch Passion geneticists found that these non-autoflowering offspring, which carry the recessive gene for autoflowering, grow significantly faster than their photoperiod ancestors.
In plain language, this means that Think Fast® combines elements of both autoflowering and photoperiod plants: it needs a 12h/12h light cycle to initiate flowering.
It inherits the fast growth time from its autoflowering ancestors, but combines this with high yield production. Think Fast® can be grown both outdoors and indoors. It reaches the height of a photoperiod plant, but is ready for harvest a few weeks earlier.
This variety combines the impressive performance of our proven Power Plant® with the speed and simplicity that characterizes Think Different®.
